We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill our open Supply Chain Manager role. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain—from customer order through product delivery (excluding manufacturing)—with a focus on operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees customer service, purchasing, inventory and production planning, shipping, and logistics for B2B customers across regional, national, and international markets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, tech-savvy leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration and uses data-driven insights to enhance visibility, accuracy, and performance across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and logistics to consistently meet or exceed on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve overall service levels.
- Partner with Purchasing and Inventory teams to optimize material availability, inventory levels, and working capital.
- Collaborate with Shipping and Logistics to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate order fulfillment across all markets.
- Establish effective communication workflows to proactively prevent delays, disruptions, and errors.
- Utilize ERP systems, analytics platforms, and planning tools to enhance forecasting, decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or business operations, including leadership across two or more functional areas.
- Proven success implementing process improvements and technology solutions that drive measurable performance gains.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective relationship-builder with the ability to lead through influence across teams and departments.
- Proficient in ERP systems and data tools; comfortable using technology to drive decision-making and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including external customers and vendors.
