We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill our open Building Maintenance role. This person will be responsible for performing general labor duties including framing, painting, installing flooring, etc, as well as minor repairs to equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma/GED and a minimum two years maintenance experience required. Must have a clean driver’s license and be insurable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and deal with schedule/priority changes while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use a ladder and crawl under equipment when needed.
