Answers complex questions and provides technical support to customers over the telephone or through written correspondence regarding company products. Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer issues within established guidelines. Achieves win-win outcomes in resolving issues. Accurately and completely enters customer orders into order management system.
High school diploma (GED equivalent) with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data entry and/or customer service. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Exceptional attention to detail required.
