Answers complex questions and provides technical support to customers over the telephone or through written correspondence regarding company products. Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer issues within established guidelines. Achieves win-win outcomes in resolving issues. Accurately and completely enters customer orders into order management system.

  • Answers incoming inquiries from customers via multiple sources. Resolves customer questions, negotiates solutions for different situations/issues, and troubleshoots problems with customers.
  • Receives and processes customer orders. Researches and resolves order discrepancies with customers. Acts as a liaison between customers and internal company departments. Works closely with the Commercial Team to provide order support and order status.
  • Records all order transactions to maintain accurate customer records through completion of appropriate documentation and input system.
  • Contributes to business by answering product questions and suggesting information about products for potential new customers. Recognizes lost business potential/opportunities and responds accordingly to resolve customer situations to maintain and grow customer confidence.
  • All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma (GED equivalent) with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data entry and/or customer service. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Exceptional attention to detail required.
